[Notice] Information on airport etiquette and invasion of privacy

We would like to inform you that NINE.i has recently encountered a situation that could lead to a safety accident, including violations of etiquette and violations of the artist's privacy when entering or leaving the country.

In order to create a safe and healthy fan culture and protect the rights and interests of artists, we ask that you understand and cooperate with the information below.

1. Airport etiquette

- Attempts or actions to take photos or videos are prohibited inside airports where filming is not permitted under the Aviation Security Act (ticket counters, airport security, lounges, duty-free shops, gates, security areas, baggage claim areas, etc.) and onboard aircraft.

-It is prohibited to follow the artist's movement path, approach, talk to, or make physical contact with the artist within the airport.

- Interfering with the work of artist staff or disobeying requests for cooperation is prohibited.

2. Prohibition of selling or purchasing artist personal information

-Buying and selling airline-related information such as artists’ flights and seats, or intentionally using the same flight, is prohibited.

-Attempts or sales of personal information such as an artist’s phone number, home address, or resident registration number are prohibited.

3. Prohibition on visiting private spaces and order of movement on the way to and from work

-It is prohibited to accompany NINE.i's personal space (company, practice room, accommodation, hair/makeup shop, etc.) or to stay and wait.

-Attempts or acts to break into company buildings and accommodations are prohibited.

-It is prohibited to adhere closely to or follow a vehicle occupied by an artist.

-It is prohibited to touch or move close to members.

-It is prohibited to ignore requests for restraint and cooperation from agency employees and domestic and foreign STAFF accompanying the artist.
