2. Fan letter delivery information

-Fan letters can only be sent by mail and delivered by staff during official schedules such as fan signing events and public broadcasts.

-When delivering fan letters, please accurately enter the company name and recipient artist name.

-Fan letters can be sent without prior application. Please send them to the address above.

-Direct visits to the company and artists’ accommodations are not permitted.

-If costs such as cash on delivery, customs fees, or quick service arise, it may be returned or discarded depending on the situation.

3. Gift delivery information

-Gifts can only be sent by mail and delivery on schedule is not possible.

4. Items that cannot be given as gifts

- Cash items such as cash/gift cards/gift certificates/coupons are not permitted.

-Products with risk of breakage or damage

ex) Bouquets, wreaths, flower pots, vases, glass, ceramics, etc.

2. Support availability schedule

- Officially announced schedules such as anniversaries (debut date, birthday, etc.), music broadcasts, concerts, fan meetings, etc.

- In the case of broadcast-related support, availability varies depending on the schedule, so we will respond according to the schedule.

3. Support precautions

-Support applications are made through a pre-application system via official email.

-Only support that has been agreed upon with the person in charge in advance can be provided, and must be finalized in consultation with the person in charge at least 7 days prior to the proceeding date.

-If multiple supports overlap on the same schedule, applications will be processed in order of application.

(If you send an e-mail in order to preempt the progress while the schedule and details are not confirmed, it will not be accepted and you may be disadvantaged in future applications.)

-Any support for speculative activities prior to the announcement of the official schedule will be invalidated and no response will be given.

-If support is unilaterally canceled more than twice without reasons discussed with the person in charge, future applications will not be accepted.

-Continued requests for certification for support may result in disadvantages for future applications.

-If there are items that are different from those on the application form or cannot be gifted, they may be returned or discarded without further notice.

-Support visits to the office or delivery of support through the artist are not possible without prior arrangement.

-If support is sent without prior agreement, it may be returned or discarded without further notice.
